Discount never taken off as promised
<p>I am so sick of this company. They said on the 28/3/2017 9:20 (Csanda) I will get 30% discout. I paid the amount told to me R670. A week later I phoned and asked if the balance was R0. No, I was still in arrairs. Even said on the 4/4/2017 9:11 that is will be taken off. It is the 25the of April and still it is not taken off. I want to make my next payment but cant because it shows I am still in arrears. Will this pethetic place just do their job as promised to their customers. I have never in my live experiance such incompentance. Ref: MRP ********** ID ********** 005089</p> <p> </p>

No one has contacted me as promissed yesterday. I phoned this morning and still nothing happend. This is such bad service!! I want to pay my April account but it shows I am in arrears which means they are not doing there job. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE ASSIST!!!!!
