Disappointingly Slow Claiming Process
Not satisfied with the service, took out Mr Price insurance when I purchased a phone cash. Submitted a claim on the 13th of April 2022 with all the revelevant documentation which were confirmed to be correct. However I'm the one who has to do constant follow ups on my claim and each time I will be asked the same questions. Now I'm made to wait for them to allegedly verify my case number at the police station. Even thou I submitted a signed stamped affidavit with a case number. Claiming the are unable to get thru to the police station in question. Appalling service and unprofessional agents.
