Disappointing service

Bought me a brand new phone from mrp. A Redmi 9A. What a waste of money to say the least. Bought the phone beginning of September, phone defect broke within a month, sent for repairs, broke again the exact same way in 11 days. The phone is still at repairs or God knows where to be honest since I haven't gotten any feedback at all from mr price with regards to this and I took it in on 10 November already. A little common courtesy really goes along way, something Mr Price clearly doesnt have. Have been told I would get feedback "shortly", and I really think mr price team should look up the meaning in the dictionary. I wouldn't recommend mr price to anyone EVER because the customer service that I am receiving is pathetic to say the least. Really disappointed that this is the treatment I am receiving after being a loyal customer for years. As soon as I've paid my account in full I am definitely closing it and wont bother ever shopping at mr price again. Will definitely be Sharing my experience with friends and family so that they know what a let down you guys are.
