Disappointing: Mr Price Insurance

It's incredibly frustrating when a company responds to a review with 'we,re' investigating and goes silent . They have been investigating close to a month now now with no feedback. Their investigating is now less genuine and more like a public relations tactic to appear responsive without taking real action.
