Difficulty in cancelling a cellphone contract

I am trying to terminate my cellphone contract, Contacted customer support . The consultant gave me the email support@mrpmoble,com. The is no portal to guide customers to cancel a contract, only purchasing opportunities. I went into a Mr Price Store. I spoke to another consultant by telephone at the store who tried to offer me an upgrade, I was finally directed to the same support email, I am not sure why this should be such an irritating and time consuming procedure
