Demand For Confirmation Letter
Please note that as per call I received I was informed that my contract has been terminated and a once off service fee of R99 will be charged on my account and \ no more debits will be done ".Well my account was debited on 02 Nov as advised but then again to my surprise my account has been debited again!!!! today 27/11/2015. I have contacted MrPrice Mobile call center and when I informed them of what has happened I was told this would have not happened that I could be debited twice in one month. The service and manner in which I was addressed was really uncalled for and I could not get any confirmation whatsoever that my contract has been terminated"
