Delayed response for my query

After numerous count of my query, Noxolo the Team leader failed to resolve my issue in the 24hours we agreed on. And now am talking to Mfundo he claims that the manager is going to a meeting .requested a managers Avinesh. Now they telling me is with administration. So now they asking for yet another 24-48 hours. I asked them who is going to pay the Doctors appointment which i missed. And the Petrol I use to come to the store? The airtime I used to call?
