Delayed response and poor customer service
I am frustrated and disappointed at the service from the Mr Price Mobile call center. I am currently at Mr Price Clearwater and have been waiting for more than an hour for assistance from the head office to cancel my sim, the call is taking forever to be answered. This unacceptable and poor service from Mr Price.
