I was contacted by the Mr Price mobile telephone sales where I was told I would get a tab bigger then an A4 size and it would consist of 300 mb plus 1gig data at R129 a month. The terms were also read which said that I could return the product after 7days. No mention was made of paying extra fees etc. It was also stated that the packaging should not be damaged.<br> <br> Delivery was promised 2 days later. After cointinouly phoning to find out where the phone was after a week, it was delivered 2 days after. I saw the box looked fairly small and after opening found it was MUCH smaller then an A4 & the contract stated that I got 1gig on hot spots not my own. I sent numerous E-mail saying that they need to fetch this device as I was unhappy. Eventually I had to buy airtime and let them know. The lady said it will cost me over R500 to hand it back. This was not made clear to me on the telephone contract, plus it wasn't what I had ordered. I paid the amount but will take this further if I don't get an apology and my money back. They left early Thursday and I'm still waiting for the device to be picked up. Very inconvenient.
