Contract issues

Good day My name is Matthew Edgar Clayton East

I have had problems with MrP mobile I had a phone contract with them and as soon as the contract finished I asked them to cancel the contract. I was advised to go in store and make queries but when I got there the manager told me to call the cancelation offices so she helped me get in contact with them,I spoke to the lady and she then advised me to send an email asking them to cancel and so I did so on several occasions and sent several emails asking them to cancel the contract, even sent lawyers letters but Still no help from them! I was recently contacted by collection lawyers stating that I have an outstanding balance with mrp mobile

Yet they were taking money from my account every month Even after the contact had ended.

So I advise everyone by all means to avoid getting a phone contract with MrP mobile Thank you
