contract dispute
<p>they called me on the 21-10-2016 to advise that they will come collect the phone then on Sunday they turn they decision is that possible. i have requested for the call they have not come back to me even today i called the call centre they make me hold for too long saying they want to investigate can someone place come collect this phone as u cannot give me to different answers in two days. if i have to take the matter father can you please advise me. ref for the 21-10-2016 call is 991477 from sethembile your service it’s not good guys. when i ask for you store direction no one can assist me so i can come deal with this matter face to face i cannot i must speak to someone over the phone this is a bad experience i have ever had in my life.</p> <p> </p>
