Confused and angry

I took a verbal contract with MR price mobile and the document came to my office on 12/04/2019 that is the day I got my phone, I requested for them to let me know when is my contract with them ending they say Dec. I am confused 2 years was supposed to be in April 2021 right I am really disappointed this is **************** and they debit me a different amount than the one I signed for even if I have not requested for advance, my monthly payment as per the document I signed says R149 but I am debited more than that online agreement are not safe shame. I know they won't call me as I requested a call back which is why I came to this platform.
