Confused!!!!!!

<p>Good day Hello Peter , i am confused and frustrated at the same time. I recieved a call from Rescuebox on behalf of MrpMobile with regards to a promotion contract package they have for a Tablet which i regret having have even listened to past the 5 minutes as the lady i spoke to sounded promising and competent. Their manager even called back to seal the deal this was on May 24th and they advised that package would be delivered two days ago to which i am trying to follow up but i am not able to get through to ANYONE from MrpMobile on their quoted number ***which keeps telling me agents are busy on calls the whole day!!!!!!! So i dont even know whats going on as i am unable to even track my parcel , it could be floating in the sea for all i know and they will surely go ahead with deductions which i made sure they wont have any issues with. - Angry Potential customer</p>
