COMPLAINT ABOUT MRP MOBILE BAD SERVICE

I have a cellphone contract with them for almost 2yrs and I've never been happy with their SERVICE ever since I took the contract, each time they debit the account the money which is not with what was agreed for on the contract and when you go back and query the account with them they take you from pillar to post and promise to send you things which at the end of the day , do not honor doing. My current frustration with them is when they went into my account in December and an amount of R499.73 was taken, the 01.02.2020 , R475.34 again on the 12.12.2020 and again the 15.12.2020 , I called them several times and was promised hunky dorries which were not done, my money went off in December and to this day the 18.02.2021 I am still fighting to get refund which has been debited without me consenting to the debit on my refund, am now promised to expect MY money to be on the bank account after 14days as if I went to them to loan their money, I am therefore discouraging anyone who would like to have a cellphone contract NOT to listen and look @ MRPMOBILE, they are ******* and *****. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEM.
