Charged for unexplained Content

Good evening, My mother was contacted by MRP Mobile consultant offering her Samsung Galaxy Neo Pocket for R109 pm with a R100, However she has been Charged more than R500 regardless of the fact that no airtime or Data was used . She sent them an email on the 20th, 22 and 23 May 2015, she was sent an invoice which shows she was charged R547.35 on INV91022 01/05/2015 - 31/05/2015 for Content that she knows nothing about, she paid R305.00 before but they have gone too far this time. she's a pensioner and cannot even afford to pay for what was not in her contract.<br> <br> She also requested for a copy of recording of the contract as it was said she has a right<br> to request for it but no email of respond was sent to her, now their intimidating her because she did not pay for the outrageous bill they sent her. they are reaping her off and their consultants are not even interested to explain what is happening with her billing account and not even trying to investigate on the matter.
