Charged for services not rendered

Good day,<br> <br> In November 2015 I took the Sim card out of the tablet because every month my bank account was deducted with a different amount. January 2016 my account was deducted with R99.00, this I understand because it's my monthly fee.<br> End of February my bank account was deducted with R248.39, how can this be if the Sim card is out of the tablet. <br> I phoned Mr Price Mobile Call Centre and the lady confirmed that a call was made and there was data usage.<br> Once again I've asked how can it be if the Sim card was not in the tablet.<br> <br> This was not the agreemet and this is totally unexceptable.<br> <br> Regards<br> Sharon Thompson
