I My son bough a new Samsung Galaxy A11 Cellphone in January 2021 and paid cash for about R3299.00 in Atlantis. I was in Hospital for a month, with Covid the phone was used 1 days and it when dead, the phone was taken back and claim it was water damaged. my concern is that got a quote that the phone would cost me R 4000.00 from Mr Price there own repair shop with Samsung and no guarantee. My concern how many customers this has happen with, I was called by the region manager and he would looked in the matter untill today nothing, called Samsung myself and they indicate that the phone was water damaged. My concern the phone was given seal in the box the phone could not be return as still in hospital and not allow visitors. the phone and box I still got.
