Cannot activate devices due to mrpmobile network issue

Is this 4 real? A mobile network making billions ******** the world with outrageous pricing and no agent can hear my questions due to the bad network connection.

I cannot use *120*6843*1# Error not on network or Not registered on network

If I take any other phone, it works. Fix it please then call me to tell me it's resolved.
