Cancelling of Mr Price Mobile Acc

We have paid up our contract, and phone them numerous times so it was cancelled. A few months already now all of a sudden the contract is still active... When we try to phone them they are rude and threaten us with handing us over to collections.. be careful for Mr Price Mobile.
