Cancellation of my MRPMobile Sim Card

I emailed MRPMobile at *** on the 4 May 2021 and requested then to cancel my subscription and requested they send me a cancelation form. Well, I am still waiting for a response from them. I tried contacting them on *** but that number doesn't even ring.
