Cancellation of contract

On 28 February 2018 I cancelled my contract with MRP Mobile. The reply that I can only cancelled my contract on 19 March 2018. On 19 March 2018, I send an e-mail again to cancell my contract. They did not cancell the contract nor contact me regarding the cancellation. They still deducting te monthly subscribtion. On 16 July 2018, I phone them regadring the cancellation. The person taking my call was Thabile. According to her, the cancellation will be activated within 24 hours (ref: ********** ) It did not happened. They still deduct the monthly fee for two months. I went to the bank and reverse the payments. Yesterday I receive a sms from Daly.Pay, saying that they will take legal action if I wil not pay my account. My question: How many times do I need to cancell my contract before MRP Moble do their admin work?
