Cancellation of contract

Good day HelloPeter crew. I was called by one of MRPmobile consultant that they are offering me a cellphone contract Samsung galaxy. When the device was deliver last week Thursday on 22 October 2015. I opened the device an I was not impressed with the device. So I called them on Saturday and Wednesday, 24th and 28th October respectively to cancel and return the device. The consultant told me to pay the an amount of R300. <br> <br> The consult who sold me the device told me that if I'm not happy with the device I can cancel the contract with 5 working days and he never mentioned anything about cancellation fee.<br> <br> I agreed to enter to this agreement based on the information provided to me by the consultant because he never mentioned any amount other than a subscription fee of R99. <br> <br> Can the crew, as you have assisted me in previous years, assist me by returning the device without paying any fees owing to the fact that I was mislead into entering into such contract.
