CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT

I've been offered a cell phone contract with MRPMobile with the terms and conditions that I can cancel this contract within 5 days of receiving the device. WHICH I DID, I received the device on 3 July and CANCELLED the deal on Monday 6 July and which I received a confirmation call from them 7 July that I want to cancel this deal, which I confirmed. Since 9 July I'm battling getting through to the customer service line to find out WHEN are they collecting the device from me again????? I've send 2 emails as well on 7 and 9 July in regards to this and received NO REPLY or any further RESPONSE.<br> <br> Please call me to make arrangements for collecting your device . <br> <br> Regards<br> <br> Isabella Daly
