Cancellation fee and hidden cost

On the 26 August 2015 at 12h23, I received the SMS from Mr Price Group informing me about the tablet deal for R99 per month. Same day I received a call from Ms.Gcawabaza the representative of Mr Price Group informing me about the tablet deal and then I accepted the offer.<br> I ask her the following questions:<br> - how much must I pay every month, she said R99 starting from end of October 2015. <br> - hidden cost, no hidden cost, only R99 per month.<br> - cancellation, within 5 days if I'm not happy <br> - cancellation fee, no cancellation fee<br> Within 5 days I called and cancelled, because I was not happy about the product, the representative who did answer the phone was Ms. Nerasha Randhani, who told me that I must pay 30% of device portion: R443-27 if I open the parcel, without using it, if I didn't open pays R199.<br> On the 25 September 2015
