Cancellation fee and hidden cost

On the 30 September 2015, I received the call from Ms. Nerasha Randhani, who said they need to listen to the recording conversation. Since then I didn't received any respond or call.<br> <br> To my surprise on the 1 October 2015, MRP *** deducted R99 to my bank account, without coming back to me about their findings.<br>
