Cancelation of contract

canceled contact 31 jul (not renewing) Ref... ********** and got handed me over to an attorney Ref ********** which means that this reflects in my credit record as a nonpayer yet they debiting every month on time. I sent my proof to Dalys as request and asked that the problem get sorted as my contract ended and i am not renewing. Still no response but got an sms to please make payment (which was already debited). Its just seems because i didnt want to renew a contract i got handed over to Dalys as a non payer... Smart to have this on my credit record now
