Cancelation of contract

The only reason why I give a star is because I can't write a review without one. I cancelled my contract with MRPMobile and they still haven't cancelled anything. I received a call the other day and was told that I'm outstanding on my account but I cancelled it. I still have email correspondence advising on what I need to do to cancel. Today these ****ers debited my account and I have cancelled. What the actual **** is going on. Someone better explain to me what's going on. I expect a ****ing response.
