Cancel contract

Stay away with Mrp mobile. I am struggling to cancel a contract with them since last year November. In November 2020 I send them an email to cancel my contract but I was told I must pay R150 that I owe before they can do the cancellation, I paid the money same day i received the email and send proof of payment to them. I thought I am done. Come January 2021 I received a call from their consultant telling me I am owing R75, I explained my story to her. She told me that the 30 days notice for cancellation its counted only on weekdays they dont include weekends, so I asked her what must I do, she said I must pay R75 and then that's when it will be cancelled. I paid again the money..ooh April again I received a call telling me I owe them . I send email to them explaining my story. The respond was "RECEIVED" no explanation. Month end April they debited me R225, from my account which I reversed it..I dont know how much must someone pay first in order for MRP to cancel the contract. Coz nothing is happening. I regret the day I took contract with them. Unreliable mobile contract...
