Can't check my balance Can't lock inn

Hello<br> I had a huge problem with mrpmobile,every time you need their attention you must write here how can't they respond to their support system? I 'm trying to check my balance I can't and I try to lock on their app is not running. And I call their customer service is closed until Monday. Does this mean I had to close my tap until Monday? Cause I can't keep on using it the bill is going to be like <br> Nkandla.please help me to get out of this contact or am changing my bank account they can black list me I don't care anymore am tired.
