Breach of contract

I signed up for 50 gig combo which is 20 gig anytime, 20 night owl and 10 gig video, all for R249. However, my account was charged R249 for a 20gig combo.

If on the 17 March the 20 gig data loaded was pro-rata, then the R249 should be reduced too.

I am not happy with their explanation of an activation fee which I was not made aware of. To me this is a clear breach of contract.
