Bought a new phone but doesn't work properly
I bought a new Samsung J1 from MRPMobile on the 6th April but the phone doesn't really work properly cause it cannot connect to my WI-FI. It keeps on saying \Obtaining IP Address\" or \"connecting\", whereas all my other phones are connected to the very WI-FI.<br> I called the helpline on the 7th April but the lady said to me i must take the phone to a nearest phone shop for repairs.<br> <br> So my question is, how can i take a new phone for repairs?<br> Please help me resolve this issue."
