Billed for extras on contract

I took a contract and received a call that there are extra benefits that comes,with the contract. I made it clear that i do not want them if i will incurr extra cost. I was assured i will not be charged extra. My account has been debited for service agreements for those so called free extra benefits. I have been billed fo services I have not even accessed because I had to return the tablet since it was not reading the sim card. I am dissapointed at this extremely poor service and I am thinking about cancelling the contract. Can my money plz be reversed and all these so called extra benefits be revoked from my contract.
