beware of overcharging

i purchased a tablet from mrp mobile , after 4 days i discovered that instead of it being a 4 gig as advertised it was only 2, i phoned and the tablet was collected and a week later a new tablet was delivered and now when i query the account not being debited i get a nasty message telling me to pay. on phoning they tell me the bill is +- 360 rand on getting them to send a statement i find im being billed for things that i never agreed too, simfy, hotspotter (which was cancelled) clip which you dont use on a tablet. rescue box . so instead ofR99 im being billed for things never signewd for. it seems as if trhe mr price mobile are exactly the same as all the other service providers, absolutely disgusting . so now the tablet is going tol be put in the cupboard and never used , i mean it has only ever been used in a wi fi area but i get a data bill. nerver use mrp mobile
