Being taken advantage by paying a contract that ended 2 years ago

This **** of Mr Price Mobile is worse than a once off **** cause they continue to treat people with disrespect, I have called Mr P Mobile 3 times in 3 consecutive months closing a contract that ended 2016, but I have been sent from post to pillar some will tell me they have closed the account, some will tell me I have to pay R90 first then make another call for them to close the account. These people have been deducting R90 from my account since 2017 January now its November 2018 they are still wanting more money cash now Banking details: ABSA, ********** 931 branch 632005, whos account is this? Please help I am tired of being a victim
