Be warned of Mr Price mobile

My name is Neo I made a telephonic agreement for a tablet. I forgot the name of the sales agent but it was a lady. The contract was approved by her team leader Sibusiso. The agreement was for a prestigio tablet R129 subscription over 24 months nothing else. First debit order was R549 and some cents. Thought maybe like other services providers it included connection fee & maybe they forgot to inform me. Second debit order was four hundred rands and some odds. Almost R500. I went to my bank which was Absa, disputed the two debit orders, called MRP to request a cancellation. Nerisa sent me a cancellation quote through email which i paid off same time using my Absa credit card(transfer) in the branch. That was in August 2016. Then in November 2017 i received a bank notification to have enough money in my account for same debit order of a contract i cancelled and paid off. Imagine 15 months after paying off they want more money. Went on to debit my emmpty bank account leaving me with unpaid debit order fees. Communicated with them, they acknowledged their fault for their *********** consult Nerisa did not capture my payment. Ref MRP ********** . So now been threatened because of them hiring and keeping *********** consultants. I took the matter to credit ombudsmen, informed MRP to stop contacting but they keep on harassing and threatening me. They handed me over to their attorneys and i produced all proof in the form of email as they requested but still wants me to pay R4k on top three thousands five hundred and couple of rands and odds i paid. I am asking hello peter to assist me.
