Be Carefull When Signing Up With Mr Price Mobile

I signed up for a 1Gig WiFi and 1Gig normal data Mr Price Mobile contract in May 2015. Now I only get 300MB. After numerous emails to and from, eventually I requested a copy of the contract and transcript of the contract in November 2015. To date I have not received anything and don't get any replies to emails anymore. I am just being ignored. I don't get my statements as requested via email. When I queried that they send me statements for that past 5 months, but after that nothing again. What do we do, and where do we go? The only alternative I now see is to put a stop payment on the debit order...., maybe someone will resolve the problem then?!<br> PEOPLE BE WARNED!!!
