Bad service

Good day I'm very angry bought a cellphone online from MRP Fashion the 15 December only received it on the 17 and when I went into the Campus Square branch for a refund the guy who assist with the cellphones was off sick. When I went back today after going into the store thrice I was told I passed the 7 day return policy when I only received it after the 15th. Both area managers dropped the phone in my ear while explaining this to them. I NEED A REFUND AS THIS PHONE IS NOT USEABLE.
