Bad service and Bisseness Manipulations

Hi Hellopeter I'm totally disgusted and absolutely disappointing with the campany Mr Price Mobile.Mr price mobile call me and offer me a cellphone contact,I took advantage of the cellphone contract ,it was on a 24 months deal of which I paid the contract in full(24months).On the day when I took out the cellphone contract I ask repeatedly is kept fixed on 24 months because that's we what I only want,the consultant assured me that it's only for 24 months,I then agreed.But early since last year I received a call from Mr price mobile,they said I owe them money,I told them that the I paid them via debit order for 24 months in full, according me and Mr price mobile the contract has ended,then the they agree in saying yes the cellphone contract is paid in full,but they said I was supposed to tell Mr price mobile that I no longer need to continue with their mobile services,I did did not know about the fact that I must alert Mr price mobile by informing them to stop the cellphone contract.mr price mobile handed me over to external debt collecting companies who threatened over and over.Today my credit score profile is badly affected.Pls I need help with regards to this stated problem with Mr price mobile.im Samuel Williams
