Bad service

I Have a very bad 1st time experience with Mrp Mobile as I signed with contract with them the phone started to give problems the second day reported it and collected after 2 weeks on 6/08/2018 up to now i haven't heard anything from them until a consultant phones me today to inform me i owe more than was agreed upon
