Bad Service

<p>After having a fight with MRP Mobil for months now, that we didn't want to continue with our contract, they forced us to pay 3 premiums before they would cancel our contract. We already completed the first 24 month contract. Now we get an sms that we have been handed over for legal action. How can a company like MR price bully people like that. We did a letter to say that we do not want to go on with our contract, and they made us pay money towards a contract that is non existant, we confirmed with them that all is sorted, but now they've handed us over. Dont we have any rights anymore? My next step now is the Ombudsman, I don't see any other way that this will be sorted once and for all.</p>
