Bad Service

<p>I was offered a contract of R119 per month for a Prestigo tablet with 50mb free per month. The first two months, there were about 100mb in total used from the free mbs provided. After querying the unusal amount of over R400.00 for data usage, it was advised by MRP Mobile that this cost is for data usage. But the strangest thing is that the data wasnt being deducted from the free amount allocated. There was only 5mb deducted but the internet continued working. So what was discovered is that they only deducted 5mb from the free data and charged the rest of the usage under their normal rates. Strike 1. Then we have opted to have the sim card removed and use the tablet without any sim connection at all and placed the sim so far out of sight that it probably has dust on it by now. And the strangest thing of it all is that we are still being charged for data usage - Strike 2. This month there was a double deduction on the account for the usual monthly fee of R119.00 + R148.00 which means that there was a total of R534.00 deducted instead of just the one payment of R119.00. Strike 3. Now this has been a huge inconvenience as there are numerous amounts being deducted from my account with no explanation at all to why these amounts are being deducted. Now either MRP mobile stups up to the plate and refund all the additional amounts deducted from my account, or I WILL be taking further action and meaning legally.</p>
