bad service

<p>I have a contract with Mr Price Mobile, I have never seen such an appaling and bad service. I phoned several times regarding my data which is blocked. They always tell me to reboot my phone but it's not working. Instead they advise me to contact the manufacturer of the device. I don't have a contract with the manufacturer but them and the device is not faulty. I believe Mrp mobile does not expect to debit my account at the end of the month. Otherwise they will have ombudsman to deal with. I advise people to stay away from MRp mobile, the network and service is pathetic. They know nothing about customer service.</p>
