Bad experience with Mr Price group

I had a phone which I had bought at Mr. price via Mr. price mobile and also insured by them. I also had a clothing account with them as I appreciated the brand. After it was paid up I lost the phone and tried to claim from insurance and they after numerous attempts to claim ignored me and never assisted me . I ended up buying a new phone but continued paying insurance for a phone I did not have and they kept demanding that I keep insurance UpToDate. I will never recommend anyone to use Mr. Price mobile.
