Bad customer service

Good day

I would like to file a complaint for the bad customer service I received from from Fazlin and staff @ mR price cellular cape gate that was on duty .I bought ear phones at the store In April then I explained to Fazlin what was wrong with it she hardly gave me chance to explain what was wrong with it then she went to the back not even 2 minutes that she was at the back she said she just spoke to her manger Firaanah who said she said that she cannot replace it. then I told her to phone her manager again because the previous manger that was there replaced the faulty one that I bought few months prior to that so I asked her why is it an issue all of a sudden then she was telling me that's why the previous manger left because of that .and that she can not phone her. manger because she is off but she just spoke to her few minutes ago which doesn't make sense.while I'm busy speaking to her she just walks away which is very disrespectful .firstly I'm a customer I do not want to know anything about there work politics it has nothing to do with me as a customer along side her colleagues who intervene while busy with a customer and the one was next to her started arguing with me as well which made it even worse the professionalism and customer service is pathetic sorry too say but I wouldn't recommend anybody to purchase there.
