Bad customer service

<p>I received an sms in December that tells me they gon gonna deduct on the 15th and I called them that I won't have money on that date.they said I must make sure that I have it and they won't wait for for my pay day.now I sent them my bank statement to show when I got paid and they must refund me my bank charges and I'm being told it will take a month to be refunded. </p>
