Bad and false representation on cellphone contract

Mr Price seem like ****** when coming to mobile... My mom took outt a contract and was debited the correct amount which is 149 the first month, the following month was told that she owed 600 and something as she used more than the agrred amount of data and airtime which doesnt make sense coz dhe didn't even use half the airtime she got from them because it was finished after just 2 lousy calls... The same thing happened the following month and they called her and she said she wont pay that amount and she wants to cancel the contract which she was told to pay 1246 before they could process the cancellation. But was called again this month and told she owes 500, surprisingly she hasnt even been using that phone..... Mr Price are ****** and please cancel that account as my mom already paid for something she didnt even use.
