AWOL Staff members

Good day

I went to MrPrice in Newtown on Thursday 08 October 2020. My intention was to buy a cellular device, I asked a staff member who was labelling or packing clothing what the procedure was and she said to line up and ask at the till because the person who works with the cellphones was not in.

I further wasted my time and stood in line to be told that the person who works there was not there that day. I asked if the manager is there, she affirmed and said the manager would not be able to help me either.

What kind of circus are you running in that store that customers cannot get goods because someone is off or AWOL? What kind of manager have you placed that they can't account and fill in a role of a person who isn't in? Why are they manager????

Your cashier then asked me to return the next day, was she gonna give me petrol money for that? Does she know what my schedule is? Does she know where I live? How am I as a customer given the responsibility of running around people who decide to be away. Are you running a ****a shop there?

Very disrespectful and highly disappointed
