Approved ********** application

After declaring that I did not purchase any product from Mr Price Mobile on credit and providing a letter stating that I am a victim of impersonation, damn Mr Price Mobile debits money off my bank account (for the second time now). When I called the lady handling this case, all she could say was she's surprised the debit order went through. Now what infuriates me the most is how was this ********** application approved. The perpetrator used incorrect contact details and addresses, but the lady at Mr Price Mobile was able to call me on my mobile, how did they not pick this up in the first place?
