Appalling - the only word that can describe MRPMobile

I have now written several reviews about this *********** company - none of them are good. After cancelling my contract almost a year ago and even receiving an email mid-year to say that it has been corrected - they are still trying to debit accounts and have handed me over... Funny that NOBODY is ever available to discuss this, and when I mention the issue, they hang up. Even after my last review, with a response of - "someone will contact you." The only contact I received was from the people they handed me over to for collection. Below is the email I received from them, yet till this day, nothing has been actioned. A more useless company I don't believe exists, the fact that their staff hang up instead of addressing or escalating the issue, is a direct reflection of the management and company as a whole. Appalling is the only word that can be associated with MRPMobile
