Additional debit order deducted from my account

<p>I'm having a horrible experience with MRPmobile. I received a tablet from them at the end of August and they told me that my first debit order is going off on my account in the beginning of October, however there went three additional debit orders off on my bank statement without me being notified about these additional costs. It's been a week now that I've been struggling to get refunded on these deductions that went off and I've spoken to several people working at MRPmobile office but every person keeps telling me different stories and keeps telling me that they're going to phone me back but they don't. All I want is for them to refund me asap. I wish I never took the tablet. :(</p>
